Martha Avila, a 76-year-old grandmother, was killed in her Katy, Texas home, after a Tesla barreled into it Friday evening, pinning her behind a fridge, her daughter told CBS News.The 44-year-old driver did not seem intoxicated and was cooperative, according to law enforcement. He told officials that the Tesla was on auto-pilot. An investigation is underway and no charges have been filed, as of Monday morning.
